Salesforce Solution Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading architectural decisions, ensuring best practices, and providing technical leadership on Salesforce projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to optimize our Salesforce ecosystem and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Design: Develop and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Technical Leadership & Development: Provide technical expertise and leadership to developers, administrators, and other stakeholders. Guide the implementation of Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Business Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with business teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Integration & Data Management: Lead Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, marketing automation, and data platforms. Define data models, migration strategies, and governance policies to maintain data integrity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years of experience of related experience with increasing level of responsibility in Salesforce architecture, development, and solution design. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect preferred. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and Platform Development. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Expertise in CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment strategies (SFDX, Git, Jenkins, Copado). Familiarity with OAuth, SAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Salesforce security best practices. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary range: $146,000- $167,000 DOE + annual potential bonus + comprehensive benefits package
