The Workplace Experience Specialist supports the team at the Oakland office by helping create a welcoming, engaging, and organized workplace environment. This role focuses on employee engagement, event coordination, office administration, and day-to-day workplace operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and enjoys creating positive experiences for employees, candidates, and visitors.
This person will support office events, employee engagement activities, workplace communications, and administrative tasks that help ensure the Oakland office is an exceptional place to work. The Workplace Experience Specialist reports to the Vice President of Talent Development.
At ThredUp, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $75,000 and $80,000, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Many ThredUp employees also have the opportunity to own shares of ThredUp stock. ThredUp employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, as well as a discount when purchasing ThredUp stock if voluntarily participating in ThredUp's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Subject to eligibility requirements, you'll also receive other benefits: Comprehensive medical & dental coverage, vision, 401k, life and disability insurance.
