Delivery Manager

Required Skills:

7 years of experience in broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.

At least four years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.

Possession of a bachelor's degree.

Possession of a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Minimum of five years of experience utilizing various project management methodologies, planning processes, and matrix-managing a multi-disciplinary team.

Minimum of two years of experience leading projects that meet all of the following:

a. Used Agile SDLC,

b. Were ServiceNow implementation, AND

c. Used JIRA tool.

Minimum of two projects - Two Agile projects in which they were the primary person responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement for the project.

Each project must include all of the following:

1. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of product plans and roadmaps for the project.

2. Served as the primary point of contact for the project.

3. Project reporting using JIRA tool for creating and maintaining a detailed project plan and reporting.

4. Projects must have been completed using cloud infrastructure.

Minimum of four years of experience working with state and local agencies.
