As a Route Service and Sales Technician Trainee, you will:

  • Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services.
  • Provide emergency on-call service.
  • Deliver and pick up chemicals.
  • Collect payments and follow up on accounts.
  • Build rapport with customers and resolve concerns.
  • Train customers on product usage and safety.
  • Negotiate service renewals and pricing.

What You'll Need:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role.
  • Comfort with driving and mechanical tasks (experience preferred).
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to climb stairs at customer and branch locations.
  • A strong work ethic and customer-focused mindset.
