The Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) is located in the City of Fremont, California, within Alameda County. Fremont is part of the Bay Area, located Southeast of San Francisco and nestled near Silicon Valley. The following employment procedures will be followed: 1. Hiring staff review applications on file of those who possess the appropriate credential for the assignment. 2. Applicants for the specific assignments will be contacted for a scheduled interview. 3. Hiring staff will recommend candidates to Human Resources. 4. Human Resources staff will offer contracts after review of applicant's qualifications. 5. Applicants will report to Human Resources to complete employment papers, sign contract, and receive authorization documents to report to work. Since referral and hiring are done by Human Resources, applicants should not contact the department directly to request employment.
