  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Support discharge planning and facilitate continuity of care as neededQualifications:
    • Completion of accredited PTA program
    • Completion of National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
    • CA PTA licensure/certification
    • First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly recommendedJob details:
