Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage scalable interview processes to support rapid organizational growth while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Oversee the creation and lifecycle management of interview content, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback and collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs for interviewers, fostering engagement and community.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to track key metrics, create dashboards, and drive data-informed decision-making for continuous optimization.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various teams to understand evolving needs and provide insights on program performance.
Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, program management, or recruitment operations with proven impact.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, metrics development, and KPI tracking, with the ability to build dashboards and extract insights.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in designing scalable processes and workflows that adapt to organizational growth.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in recruiting operations or hiring process optimization within fast-growing tech companies.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Mode.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems or recruitment platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, ModernLoop, Gem, Workday)
  • Knowledge of fair hiring practices and structured interviewing techniques.
  • Background in onboarding or training program development, including effectiveness measurement.
  • Interest in AI safety and the mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems.
