What You Will Do

• Oversee the financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain financial controls using Quickbooks to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack to streamline financial processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and accounting functions.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 510 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the tech or robotics sectors.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and experience with financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.

Preferred

• Experience in a venture-backed startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI and robotics industry trends and financial metrics.
• Knowledge of logistics and manufacturing financial operations.
