IT Program Manager, Principal

Seeking a Principal IT Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex technology programs. This role requires strong experience in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines while managing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple IT programs aligned with business goals
• Develop program strategy, timelines, and performance metrics
• Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and risk management
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
• Track project performance, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure governance, compliance, and documentation standards
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of IT program/project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in IT program/project management
• Experience with PPM tools (e.g., Planisware)
• PMP certification (PMI)
• SAFe Agilist / Lean Portfolio Management.

Compensation:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $144,000 $194,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
