Director of Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences Strategy, Partnerships, and Growth

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic technology leader to drive growth, partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives within the Healthcare and Life Sciences domain. The Director will play a critical role in shaping business strategy, expanding client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading strategic technology initiatives across healthcare, pharma, biotech, medical devices, and digital health sectors. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technology expertise, business development capabilities, industry knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to accelerate organizational growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and scaling of a dedicated healthcare and life sciences vertical for InterSources Inc, including market strategy, operating model, target customer segmentation, and priority use cases across providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, medical technology companies, and other regulated healthcare enterprises.
  • Define and execute enterprise go-to-market strategies for artificial intelligence governance, secure artificial intelligence adoption, intelligent infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, compliance-driven transformation, and regulated-industry modernization offerings.
  • Translate InterSources Inc's technical capabilities and offerings into executive-level business value propositions, including risk reduction, regulatory readiness, operational efficiency, data security, revenue growth, and platform scalability.
  • Partner with technical, product, engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, cloud, and delivery teams to shape solutions that address healthcare and life sciences customer needs while meeting regulatory, security, privacy, and enterprise risk requirements.
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value offerings that move InterSources Inc from primarily services-driven engagements toward scalable, recurring, platform-oriented and subscription-based revenue models.
  • Productize portions of InterSources Inc's intellectual property, delivery methods, frameworks, accelerators, and artificial intelligence governance capabilities into repeatable offerings that can be sold, deployed, and scaled across enterprise accounts.
  • Build repeatable sales motions for platform-led growth, including account targeting, buyer mapping, opportunity qualification, proposal strategy, pricing input, sales enablement, customer discovery, and executive presentations.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and alliance development with healthcare technology companies, cloud providers, artificial intelligence platform companies, cybersecurity partners, compliance organizations, system integrators, and life sciences ecosystem participants.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, pitch materials, proposal content, and board- or investor-facing narratives that communicate InterSources Inc's role in artificial intelligence governance, intelligent infrastructure, and secure digital transformation.
  • Engage with senior enterprise buyers, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, Chief Digital Officers, compliance leaders, data and analytics leaders, and business executives to understand needs and shape solutions.
  • Assess market trends, customer pain points, regulatory drivers, competitive offerings, and technology adoption patterns across healthcare, and life sciences to inform InterSources Inc's growth strategy.
  • Provide strategic input into portfolio growth, commercialization planning, launch strategy, and capability expansion for new services, platforms, and recurring-revenue offerings.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify new enterprise opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, develop account expansion strategies, and support deal pursuit activities from early qualification through close.
  • Create business cases, financial models, market assessments, and investment recommendations to support leadership decisions around vertical expansion, productization, partnerships, and platform-led growth.
  • Bridge commercial, clinical, operational, regulatory, and technical perspectives to ensure InterSources Inc's solutions are practical, differentiated, compliant, scalable, and relevant to enterprise healthcare and life sciences customers.
  • Advise internal teams on healthcare and life sciences operations, commercialization models, clinical and regulatory workflows, enterprise procurement dynamics, and market access considerations that may affect solution design and sales strategy.
  • Support executive leadership in strategic planning, growth initiatives, enterprise transformation, investor discussions, and organizational capability building related to artificial intelligence governance and regulated-industry platforms.
  • Develop internal playbooks, frameworks, training materials, and enablement tools that allow sales, delivery, and product teams to consistently communicate and deliver InterSources Inc's differentiated value proposition.
  • Participate in leadership meetings, customer strategy sessions, partner discussions, pipeline reviews, and operating reviews to ensure alignment across strategy, execution, revenue growth, and delivery quality.
  • Help recruit, mentor, and develop team members who support healthcare and life sciences strategy, business development, partnerships, productization, and platform commercialization initiatives.

The skills and experience required for this role are:

  • Advanced degree in business, medicine, life sciences, healthcare, technology, engineering, or a related field; clinical background and business education are highly relevant.
  • Strong experience in healthcare, and life sciences, with a deep experience integrating strategy, business development, partnerships, enterprise growth, commercialization and operating model transformation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build go-to-market strategies for complex healthcare and life sciences focused solutions, including positioning, segmentation, buyer mapping, value messaging, pricing input, proposal strategy, and launch planning.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences stakeholders, including pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, medical technology companies, healthcare providers, clinical and commercial teams, compliance leaders, and enterprise technology buyers
  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence governance, secure artificial intelligence adoption, cybersecurity, data privacy, infrastructure and modernization, compliance, regulatory risk, and platform-led business models.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value proposition and experience developing business cases, financial models, operating plans, and portfolio recommendations for C-suite and senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and managing partnerships, alliances, and strategic relationships that support growth, market access, solution development, and enterprise credibility. Healthcare and Life Sciences experience highly preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments and convert broad strategic priorities into executable plans, measurable initiatives, and recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams across strategy, sales, delivery, product, technology, compliance, and operations.
