Hiring Area: Merced CA

• Run dedicated lanes between CA, CO, ID, and OH
  
• Complete dedicated routes with one scheduled stop per load
  
• Maintain proper temperature control for reefer freight
  
• Adhere to assigned dispatch schedules (typically 10-15 days out)
  
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  
• Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies
  
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status
  
• Monitor equipment condition and report any mechanical issues promptly
  

• Operate 2021+ Freightliner automatic sleeper trucks
  
• Take-home truck available (depending on location/driver in CA)
  
• Haul refrigerated (reefer) freight - outbound produce
  
• Backhaul freight includes dairy or dry goods
  
• Customer handles unloading
  
• Typical pay is $3000-$3500 for 15 days
  
• $.55-$.65 cpm
  
• Bonus: $100 clean inspection bonus at scales

• Operate 2021+ Freightliner automatic sleeper trucks
  
• Take-home truck available (depending on location/driver in CA)
  
• Haul refrigerated (reefer) freight - outbound produce
  
• Backhaul freight includes dairy or dry goods

Qualifications:

• Fill in for scheduled drivers or open routes as needed
• Operate safely and follow all DOT regulations
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• May include some drop and hook, some live load/unload
• Notes: Route and return may vary by customer; typically out Sunday and return Friday or Saturday
