The Product Narratives team sits within the LinkedIn Talent Solutions Product Marketing organization and defines how we communicate product value across our hiring and learning solutions. The team develops core narratives, messaging and positioning, sales pitch strategy, and the end-to-end product launch strategy, ensuring marketing and sales teams go to market with clear, consistent materials that translate product innovation into customer value.
We're looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing organization and help shape how LinkedIn brings its most innovative, AI-driven products to market for customers around the world. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end product launch strategy across the portfolio, shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans - translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value. You'll partner across Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Enablement, Sales, and Marketing to operate and evolve a centralized product launch program, grounding decisions in customer and market insight and driving clear, consistent narratives that scale across launches to drive measurable business impact. The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
