Decagon is scaling rapidly, and we're looking to bring on a Business Development, Private Equity Lead to join the Founder's Office and help drive expansion. This role is responsible for cultivating and deepening Decagon's executive relationships across large enterprises, private equity firms, strategic partners, and the broader technology and investment ecosystem.
This is a highly strategic, relationship-driven role designed to accelerate Decagon's growth in the U.S. by establishing trusted executive relationships and converting them into high-impact commercial and partnership outcomes.
In this role, you will work closely with Decagon's founders, executive team, and go-to-market leaders to prospect, cultivate, and secure meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth technology firms, and PE- and VC-backed portfolios. You will often serve as a first point of contact for executives engaging with Decagon and are expected to deliver clear value in every interaction.
This is not a traditional sales role. Success depends on judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, founder-led situations.
