The Role

We are hiring a Financial Analyst I to support the development and daily operation of our client's finance and business operations team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to learn how a high-growth technology company operates from the inside and who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring financial processes run smoothly while helping build foundational systems that will scale with the company. What You'll Do

• Support compensation planning, commissions, and payroll-related workflows
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and revenue operations processes
• Reconcile data across internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Help improve documentation, reporting, and operational workflows
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership teams
• Support ad-hoc financial and operational projects as the company grows
• Contribute to building scalable finance and reporting processes
