Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Designer to join our team in San Francisco. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring design aesthetics and fit align with customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute design aesthetics through consistent fit and construction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to translate design concepts into specifications.
• Assess and troubleshoot fit issues, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Utilize PLM software or Tech Pack Management systems for effective design management.
• Provide insights on fit and construction risk management.

Skills

• Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and grading.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions based on data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering and/or digital pattern software is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PLM software, preferably Centric.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes in garment production.
• Familiarity with digital design tools and technologies.
