The Project Leader for Healthcare Market is a dynamic leader in the organization with many external and internal responsibilities. Taylor Design's Project Leader's function as the primary source of client relationships. The Project Leader's primary responsibility is project profitability, growth, and sales. This is achieved by developing and directing a portfolio of projects, while nurturing and managing multiple client and team relationships. The Project Leader demonstrates a high level of effectiveness leading, mentoring and managing the team, and successfully collaborates with other Project and Office Leaders to ensure that enterprise resources are appropriately utilized and balanced.
