Head Concierge

Location: Oakland, CA

Type of Hire: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities will include:

• The face of the company to employee, client and caregiver customers
• Creating/adapting onboarding customer process
• Building and strengthening the delivery, execution, and measurement of programs, operations, and services that enhance the experience
• Ensuring adherence to all policies and any employment-related legal, regulatory and compliance requirements
• Creating/adapting measurement reports and analytics upon request
• Other duties as assigned by the CEO

• Attention to detail and ability to create and maintain regulatory documentation/records
• Must be fiscally-minded with the ability to optimally impact the organization within budgets
• Proficient use of current technologies
• Reliable automotive transportation required
