Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst serves as a liaison between Finance and Information Technology, partnering with business representatives at all levels of the company. The role involves managing projects, coordinating SAP enhancements, and communicating changes to end‑users.ResponsibilitiesAssist with month‑end/period‑end reporting, develop annual budgets, and administer sales compensation.Generate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end analysis; prepare and consolidate financial statements; provide summary reports on company performance.Serve as liaison between Finance and IT, partnering with business representatives at all levels.Identify business requirements and develop, modify, maintain, and enhance reports and key performance indicators.Provide revenue and gross margin analysis as required.Work with functional areas to identify, research, and resolve complex data issues.Develop work plans, manage deadlines, and coordinate project and sub‑team activities related to SAP and related software.Review business requirements and detailed specifications to develop test scripts and testing plans.Support business planning and budgeting by providing tools to assist management in setting revenue and cost targets.Assist with coordination and consolidation of department budgets.Meet aggressive deadlines with a high quality of work.Share knowledge and instruct other team members to support development.Perform other duties as assigned.Strive to become an independent employee who analyzes problems, formulates plans, and makes sound decisions.Understand, follow, and support Mizuho OSI's internal Quality System policies, procedures, and work instructions.Qualifications & Requirements3–4 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with SAP or a tier‑1 ERP system.Knowledge of client‑server concepts and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL and SAP.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong Excel skills preferred.Ability to work independently on business analysis, planning, project scoping, design, integration, and implementation.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent customer focus, strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills, and a sense of urgency.Excellent problem‑solving skills.Self‑directed, goal‑oriented, and a positive team player.Equal Opportunity Employer StatementMizuho OSI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes business decisions based on job‑related criteria only.
