Sr. SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Location: Newark, CA 7373 Gateway Boulevard

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager with 15+ years of SAP delivery experience to lead large, complex, cross-functional SAP programs within a global automotive manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience delivering SAP programs across multiple modules.
• 10+ years of SAP project/delivery/engagement management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with global delivery models.
• Deep understanding of cross-functional SAP processes.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP programs in Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries.
• Strong expertise in:
• Project planning
• Milestone calculation
• Scheduling
• Budgeting
• Dependency management
• Stakeholder management
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
