Senior Director

Liquidity is seeking a Senior Director to play a key leadership role in the USA market. You will manage commercial opportunities from inception through to final execution as part of a global team, with a particular focus on the USA market. In this client-facing role, you will originate new business opportunities, manage and strengthen client relationships, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing prospective clients (companies) and generating deal flow
  • Performing initial vetting (inc. calls/meetings with C-suite) of prospective clients
  • Liaising between prospective clients and the investment team to ensure smooth and effective due diligence and execution
  • Upkeeping full notation of the business cycle progress on CRM
  • Handling negotiations with prospective clients, together with the investment management team

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years experience at a top-tier financial institution: venture capital, private equity, commercial bank, debt/credit provider
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing role: sales, origination, relationship management
  • Demonstrable ability to originate and close transactions
  • Drive, ambition, and an ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • At least two years of previous experience as a financial analyst
  • Experience in and understanding of the growth-stage tech landscape
  • Experience in and understanding of deal flow activity in credit/debt funds - an advantage

Pay range and compensation package: Base Pay Range: $200 - $300 + performance bonuses. Both base salary and final compensation are tailored to each candidate based on their unique qualifications, assessment results, and experience.
