Senior Real Estate ParalegalSalary: $120,000 - $140,000 (DOE)Location: San Francisco, CAA confidential client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support complex real estate transactions and subdivision matters in California. This role focuses on preparing regulatory filings, coordinating transactions, and supporting entity formation.Skill Requirements* Must-Have:* Real Estate transactions experience* Familiarity with Subdivisions* Experience in DRE filings* Knowledge of California Subdivided Lands Law* Ability to manage Entity formation* Preferred:* Experience supporting large master-planned projects* Proficiency in organizing due diligence matters like UCC searches* paralegal certificate* Salary to be based upon experience; $120,000 and $140,000 annual DOE.* For the first 90 days, you will be required to work completely onsite.
