Agriculture Shop Mechanic You've got the skills; we've got the job! Apply today as an Agricultural Shop Mechanic to ensure operations and equipment run efficiently in Colusa, CA. 3-5 years of experience working in a maintenance role is required. Job duties include: overhauling gas and diesel engines, transmissions, and differentials using hand tools, hoists, and welding equipment; diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fuel, braking, and A/C system issues; inspecting, testing, repairing, replacing, and installing components on automotive, commercial, and agricultural vehicles; performing hydraulic testing on pumps, motors, valves, and cylinders; analyzing drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications for disassembly and assembly procedures; determining proper welding methods and equipment using knowledge of metallurgy and fabrication techniques; fabricating custom lifting attachments, hydraulic systems, shields, and related components as needed; inspecting and adjusting safety devices, guards, and loose components; replacing and servicing batteries and charging system components; reading parts manuals and identifying necessary repair parts; completing repair request forms and communicating parts/material needs to supervisors promptly; maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas and tools.

Preferred qualifications: bilingual in English & Spanish; experience in maintenance, welding, or automotive is preferred.

Pay: $20 - 28/HR DOE

Shift: 1st; Monday Friday (Saturdays as needed)
