Project Manager

Project Manager with knowledge of the drug development process and expertise in managing multiple projects. PMO experience in managing multiple portfolios and programs preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Support implementation of a governance framework to prioritize projects and conduct program & portfolio reviews
• Assist in managing the functional portfolio of projects
• Develop a standard template for tracking projects using a project management system
• Define and implement project and portfolio reports from the project management system
• Define and implement process for tracking and updating project timelines, status, risks/issues and other project documents
• Develop and document the process for intake, review, prioritization and approval of project requests
• Organize project, program and portfolio review meetings.
