Position Summary...

As a Staff Product Manager - Services, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of seamless, end-to-end journeys for Walmart customers across a diverse set of services. You'll define how customers discover, purchase, and engage with offerings across digital and physical touchpointsincluding eCommerce, mobile, stores, pickup, and deliveryensuring every interaction is simple, transparent, and rewarding. You'll work across product, engineering, design, operations, and analytics to connect experiences across service categories and customer journeys. Using strong analytical and strategic skills, you'll leverage data, AI, and automation to identify opportunities, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable impact at scale. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, clarity in complex problem spaces, and the ability to influence outcomes across a large, matrixed organization. You'll make an impact by

  • Developing and championing a world-class product vision and strategy, grounded in customer insights, market opportunities, and Walmart's omnichannel ecosystem.
  • Owning and evolving product roadmaps that align to business goals, translating insights into scalable, high-impact initiatives.
  • Driving execution across multiple initiatives in an agile environment, defining clear product requirements based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Partnering closely with engineering to build scalable, reliable platforms that power seamless customer experiences across channels.
  • Navigating ambiguity, complexity, and cross-functional dependencies with structure and clarity to deliver outcomes at scale.
  • Applying strong business and technical judgment to solve complex problems, balancing speed, quality, and long-term platform thinking.
  • Communicating effectively across all levels of the organization to align stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling large-scale consumer or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end experiences across digital and physical channels (eCommerce, mobile, stores/clubs, pickup, delivery).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy, define metrics, and drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong business and technical judgment, with the ability to partner with engineering and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products. We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
