Plumbing & HVAC Project Manager
Location: Oakland- Bay Area
Pay starting at $100k/yr ++
Summary:
Responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with contract scope. Oversees subcontractors, schedules, and overall project quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contracts, bid documents, and project scope for accuracy and compliance
Develop project schedules, budgets, and billing structures
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
Oversee purchasing, change orders, and cost tracking to maintain profitability
Conduct site visits and lead project meetings
Monitor timelines, risks, and project progress
Handle RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Ensure project closeout including warranties and as-built documentation
Maintain organized records and communicate updates to leadership
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing project management
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
