Semiverse Technical Sales Senior Manager

As a Semiverse Technical Sales Senior Manager you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and adoption of our software products. You'll support fast product evolution through agile processes by analyzing, designing, programming, testing, debugging, and enhancing software applications. With your expertise and initiative, you'll turn ideas into great products that support advancements in Lam's semiconductor technology.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the innovation and efficiency of Lam's products and services. By developing enterprise grade software applications, you will enable data-driven decision making, optimize workflows, enhance user experience, and improve quality and performance of Lam's hardware and processes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of experienced engineers across different regions (U.S., Asia, SouthEast Asia). Each engineer is dedicated to one or more accounts.
  • In conjunction with Business Development, define, plan, and track global customer campaigns for Semiverse Solutions products. Coach your team on customer technical engagement and on demonstrating and communicating product value through value metrics aligned with Business Development and management.
  • Work closely with Business Development and local Sales and Account teams to align technical campaigns with revenue growth targets.
  • Own the preparation and presentation of customer materials for Technical Review Meetings (TRMs). Frequent travel to Asia and Southeast Asia is expected.
  • Help drive adoption of design automation, virtualization and machine-learning-based software solutions to accelerate technology development and manufacturing. Partner with industry leaders to address integration challenges across advanced technologies (logic, DRAM, and 3D NAND).
  • Work with product marketing and product management to define software product requirements for future features and products designed to deliver significant customer value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Process integration expertise in logic, DRAM, and 3D NAND
  • Experience with process fabrication virtualization and a strong understanding of the value delivered by virtual twin solutions
  • Customer-focused mindset, with demonstrated ability to communicate value from innovative, high-impact products
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build teamwork, collaboration, and technical trust
  • Experience in account management, technical marketing, and technical sales
  • Willingness to manage and coach a team
  • Experience working in a multicultural, global environment

Salary: CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $166,000.00 - $350,000.00.
