Cost Recovery Project Manager Healthcare Operations & Process Improvement

Immediate need for a talented Cost Recovery Project Manager Healthcare Operations & Process Improvement. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Healthcare Operations & Process Improvement
• Lead and support complex healthcare operational initiatives involving workflow optimization, operational efficiency, and cross-functional execution
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies and drive scalable improvements
• Create and maintain concise project plans, operational summaries, risk logs, and executive updates
• Cost Recovery & Revenue Operations
• Support initiatives tied to:
• Cost recovery
• Reimbursement workflows
• Revenue cycle optimization
• Claims/process improvement
• Collaborate with operational and financial stakeholders to improve process efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Systems & Workflow Execution
• Partner with operational and technical teams on:
• EHR-related workflows
• Process automation initiatives
• System/process enhancements
• Support implementation and optimization efforts involving Epic, EHRs, reporting tools, or operational platforms
• Stakeholder & Program Management
• Coordinate across:
• Clinical teams
• Operations
• IT
• Finance
• Vendors
• Executive leadership
• Drive accountability, timelines, issue resolution, and communication across multiple workstreams
• Data, Reporting & Analytics
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and workflow performance
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools to support operational decision-making
• Translate complex operational data into actionable insights and executive-ready updates.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of healthcare project/program management or healthcare operations experience
