Infrastructure Crew Lead

Full-Time 36 -40 hours / week

Position Title: Infrastructure Crew Lead

Projected Interview Dates: Now - April 30th

Projected Start Date: ASAP

Dates may shift based on team or applicants needs

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Help execute infrastructure related projects at all PJ sites, with current focus being on Aquaponics Incubation Facility
  • Utilize creativity and innovativeness towards all PJ projects
  • Meet weekly with the Infrastructure Director to create/update project schedules and coordinate needs related to ongoing projects.
  • Work with the Infrastructure Director to identify which projects will be prioritized while still ensuring all infrastructure needs receive their required attention
  • Assign daily tasks to teammates in clear and prioritized steps
  • Hold others accountable to commitments and assure task completion to quality standard
  • Supervise and provide necessary training to teammates so that all tools are always used in a safe manner and to minimize risk of injury
  • Ensure all tools and materials are secured at the end of every workday
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with your Team member(s) to support each other and get the job done
  • The infrastructure team works to support all our other teams throughout the organization and will need to coordinate with each site manager to develop priorities and schedule of implementations
  • Check your PJ email (daily) and reply to necessary emails within 24-48 hours

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrate 10 years of experience in building trades or have a contractor's license.
  • Be able to read and communicate efficiently about architectural and engineering plans and bring them through construction to completion
  • Lead projects while supervising others in a fast paced work environment
  • Computer skills including Google Workspace and drafting/design experience is a plus
  • Valid driver's license, with no incidents or suspensions in the last two (2) years, and be able to submit a current MVR.

Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $27.00 /hr ($56,160.00 /yr) potentially more depending on experience

Schedule

Full Time Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
