About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable Caregivers to join our team in San Jose, CA. If you have a passion for helping others and want consistent work with a supportive agency, this is a great opportunity. We currently have many open shifts and are looking for caregivers who can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow care plans and agency guidelines
- Report changes in client condition to supervisors

Qualifications:

- Experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role (preferred but not required for some cases)
- Ability to pass background checks
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Strong communication skills
