Core Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage projects from award through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Monitor budgets, forecasting, and cost controls.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews.
Ensure project compliance with contract documents and specifications.
Manage procurement and material tracking.
Client & Agency Coordination
Serve as primary point of contact for:
Owners
Municipal agencies
Inspectors
Engineers
Consultants
Attend public meetings and progress meetings.
Maintain professional client relationships.
Financial Oversight
Prepare:
Budget updates
Pay applications
Cost projections
Change order pricing
Monthly reporting
Track labor productivity and equipment utilization.
Field Coordination
Work closely with:
Superintendents
Foremen
Safety personnel
Estimators
Support field operations and problem resolution.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to:
OSHA standards
Company safety policies
Environmental regulations
Quality control requirements
Contract compliance standards

An established based out of Oakland, CA is looking to add a seasoned Construction Project Manager to their growing team. Its important that you have strong experience with Public work projects. Our projects consist between $5-$12 million
