The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision, operating model, and growth roadmap for these service lines, with a focus on increasing revenue and managing claims efficiently. This role requires the ability to analyze complex claim issues, provide executive oversight of operational performance, and ensure that revenue targets, client outcomes, and efficiency goals are met. The SVP will also be tasked with leading long-term capacity planning, driving process standardization and optimization, and championing continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and serving as an executive escalation point for complex issues are also key aspects of the position.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and 10-15 years' of experience in revenue cycle management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles. A deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, particularly in the areas of complex claims, payer behavior, and reimbursement methodologies, is essential. The role demands a leader with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, a proven track record in driving financial performance, and experience in private equity-backed organizations or leading through M&A integrations.
