Key responsibilities include defining and executing a data-driven business strategy, leading commercial efforts, owning full P&L performance, and building senior-level customer relationships. The role also involves establishing performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in pharma services or a related industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of P&L ownership, experience in leading commercial strategy and business development initiatives, and a deep understanding of GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements. Strong leadership skills, executive-level communication, and the ability to manage global, cross-functional teams are essential.
