Preferred Location: Fremont, CA

Rate: $65/Hr on C2C

Role Scope / Deliverables

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to successfully manage and engage in multiple projects across all phases of; development, implementation, integration, user acceptance, performance, and post implementation support
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve project milestones
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, business partners and technical teams to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and manage expectations
  • Develop status reports, cost estimates, and resource plans
  • Actively manage internal, third party and vendor resources across multiple geos
  • Make vital decisions and drive decision-making across projects
  • Act as the central communication point between IT Leadership, stakeholders and the project team by communicating blockers, risks, successes, and new developments
  • Track and communicate and coordinate status, project review meetings with stakeholders and IT Leadership
  • Collaborate with the IT Leadership to approach projects strategically, anticipate problems before they occur, and take proactive measures
  • Drives continuous process improvement throughout utilizing our PPI Business System Processes
  • Guide the project team using agile and other methodologies
  • Implement and maintain best practices and PMO methodologies

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and 7 years of experience in business analysis

Minimum 5-7 years project management experience in ERP applications, or in a Manufacturing environment; Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Financials, R&D, Quality and Regulatory

5 years of work experience in a business role requiring interaction with executive leadership

5 years of experience working on cross-functional project teams

7 years of experience in business case development and analysis

Previous experience in a regulated manufacturing environment

Advanced understanding and ability adhere to established quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements for medical device or diagnostics

Technical skills in manufacturing techniques, FDA & GMP compliance

Proven ability to lead teams from concept to market successfully

Strong understanding of product development challenges and methods for resolution. Ability to resolve most day-to-day issues and develop mitigation plans

Demonstrated skills using MS Project or related software for Project Management

Superior organizational skills with ability to multi-task and balance complex and routine work activities

Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and manage cross-functional teams, influence business partners and get results through others. High-level business acumen

Demonstrated experience using financial reports, budgeting and other related reporting tools

Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work as a team player and team builder

Excellent communication skills for group presentations

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
