divh2Founding Data Cloud Rippling Solutions Sales Manager/h2pAs our Founding Data Cloud Rippling Solutions Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives for a fast-paced, high-growth company. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the Data Cloud sales team, the training and development of your team, and youll be an integral part of Ripplings growth. This position reports to our Senior Director of IT Sales./ppWhat you will do:/pulliManage, coach and scale a team of Account Executives/liliAssist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers needs and mapping them to the value of Rippling Data Cloud Rippling Solutions/liliMonitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment/liliRegularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting/liliIdentify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity/liliLead team to achieve and exceed monthly targets/liliParticipate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members/li/ulpWhat you will need:/pulliAn experienced sales manager with 3-5 years manager experience in tech sales/liliA top performer with a consistent track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor/liliAbility to collaborate extensively with Solutions Engineers (SEs), Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers to bridge the gap between vision and execution./liliAble to accurately forecast team performance/liliMotivated with a desire to learn and have a strong work ethic/liliAbility to thrive in a fast paced environment/li/ulpAdditional Information:/ppRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
