This role is based permanently at our Sydney HQ one of the best cities in the world to live and work./ppWhat youd be doing in this role/ppAt Canva, our Reward team plays a pivotal role in empowering the world to design by building innovative, future-focused total rewards strategies that attract, retain and motivate world-class talent globally./ppAs a Senior Compensation (Reward) Manager, youll be a recognised subject matter expert across Total Rewards. Youll partner closely with senior leaders and People Partners to shape how we reward impact at scale blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, global environment./ppAs Canva continues to scale, this role will help evolve our reward philosophy, influence executive decision-making and design programs that position Canva as an industry leader./ppAt the moment, this role is focused on:/pulliDeveloping and implementing innovative, company-wide Total Rewards strategies that strengthen Canvas ability to attract and retain top talent globally/liliLeading high-impact projects such as job architecture evolution, MA integrations, or expansion into new markets and talent hubs/liliPartnering with senior leaders to provide strategic compensation insights that inform critical business decisions/liliUsing market data and forward-looking analysis to identify emerging trends and shape future-ready reward strategies/liliPreparing executive-level and board-ready content on Total Rewards matters/liliMentoring and uplifting capability within the Reward function/li/ulpYoure probably a match if:/pulliYou bring extensive experience in Total Rewards within global, high-growth environments/liliYou have deep expertise across compensation and benefits design, with strong analytical and modelling capability/liliYou connect reward strategy to business performance with strong commercial acumen/liliYouve led complex, transformational reward initiatives/liliYoure confident influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive audiences/liliYou balance rigour with creativity, and can navigate ambiguity with clarity and sound judgment/li/ulpAbout the team/ppThe Reward team sits within Canvas People Supergroup and is responsible for designing and evolving programs that reflect our values while supporting ambitious growth.
