Reporting to the Regional Vice President for Sales & Network, this role is responsible for a market's retailer performance and growth, across all aspects performance, change and growth across the client journey with the retailer, including sales, service, customer experience and retailer relations. You will be the main partner to our retailers in the market, driving strategic transformation, supporting change initiatives and driving operational excellence and delivery. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring sustainable commercial success through operational excellence, process improvement, and retailer relations.
