The Miami University Center for Career Exploration and Success (CCES) is seeking to fill two positions as Employer Relations Coordinator/Assistant Director designed to support the growth and management of employer relationships and cultivate internship and job opportunities for all Miami University (OH) undergraduate and graduate students.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Employer Relations, the Assistant Director/Employer Relations Coordinator will have excellent teamwork and communication skills and understand employer relations, college recruiting, employment and recruiting trends, and develop an in-depth familiarity with the employment needs of assigned Colleges and Career Clusters. Additionally, this role provides consultation to employers looking to expand their talent pipelines and provide employers with virtual and in-person engagement opportunities that foster mentoring and networking with students.
This position is campus-based. This position is eligible for remote work on a hybrid basis. Remote work is not a right, but a working arrangement that can be modified or revoked by Miami University at any time for any reason.
