Scope & Role

Responsible for multiple capabilities or sections of experiences in a composite app

Technical leader and domain expert across multiple teams that identifies gaps and influences technology and product direction.

Drives and guides work spanning multiple teams/ developing new to the world/Intuit technology solution.

Technical leader and domain expert who begins to influence technology and product direction. Makes localized decisions, balancing short and long and weighing business impact.

Multiple scrum teams (10 to 35 engineers)

Ownership and Accountability:

Proactively identifies, shares and addresses risks impacting business.

Influences through others, driving progress on initiatives not under their direct control.

Monitors deliveries through appropriate KPIs

Innovate & Simplify

Consistently simplifies technical design.

Navigates ambiguity with minimum or no guidance.

Develops a culture of innovation on the team and encourages to explore new ideas.

Design & Architecture

Demonstrates deep understanding of current technology trends, best practices. Consistently applies and teaches relevant design patterns.
