Description:

Senior Product Manager

Help us solve fraud asap with Casap where we're building the world's first AI-native disputes automation and fraud prevention platform. Our mission is to create a future where trust is a given and fraud is rare by empowering financial institutions to automate disputes, eliminate first-party fraud, and turn manual back-office workflows into loyalty-building moments for customers and members.

Location

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco, CA office. Our team works in-office time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to help define and scale the next generation of AI-powered risk and fraud agents. You'll own complex, high-impact product areas, work directly with engineering, data, and customers, and shape how autonomous systems make decisions in regulated financial environments. If you're excited by:

  • Building AI products that operate at massive scale
  • Turning messy, high-stakes workflows into autonomous systems
  • Designing for trust, explainability, and real business impact

this is the kind of problemand companyyou'll want to help build.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain a clear product roadmap - with well-defined, measurable objectives that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, revenue, design, and other stakeholders to develop, validate, and prioritize new features and experiences.
  • Own execution of the roadmap - driving results while obsessing over details that delight users without letting "perfect" get in the way of progress.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users through a combination of qualitative research (e.g. user interviews, usability studies) and quantitative analysis (e.g. usage metrics, analytics).
  • Rapidly experiment - design and run A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses and iterate toward the right solutions.
  • Act as a product advocate across the organization, aligning teams around product vision, tradeoffs, and priorities.

What You've Done

  • 5+ years of experience in product management (ideally SaaS, marketplace, or consumer/enterprise-facing products).
  • Results-driven: you set clear criteria for success, track outcomes, and iterate based on what you learn.
  • Excellent communicator - able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders and clearly articulate product vision, requirements, tradeoffs, and strategy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; capable of juggling multiple initiatives, aligning cross-functional partners, and delivering on deadlines.
  • Passionate about building great products - empathetic toward users, curious about their needs, and driven to solve real problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; you can move quickly without sacrificing quality.

Nice to Have

  • Bonus: Familiarity with fraud systems, payment infrastructure, or chargeback processes!

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 $220,000 per year. Casap's compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We also offer exceptional benefits, as well as bonuses and commission plans for applicable roles. The listed US-based compensation range is a guideline and may be modified. Final compensation will vary based on market conditions, geographic location, and candidate qualifications, including relevant knowledge, skills, and experience assessed during the interview process.

  • Start-up equity
  • Full health, vision & dental coverage
  • One Medical membership
  • Stocked kitchens + weekly lunches
  • Commuter benefit
  • Team building events & happy hours
  • Flexible PTO
  • Apple equipment + annual home office budget
