We are seeking a hardworking and reliable night Pallet Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely loading and unloading of materials and products in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational efficiency.Responsibilities:* Safely load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.* Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed for material handling.* Build pallets and organize products for efficient storage and transportation.* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with OSHA regulations.* Load, unload, and stack pallets manually or with equipment.* Inspect pallets for damage and repair or recycle as needed.* Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble, disassemble or refurbish pallets.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.* Assist in inventory management and quality control.* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.* Knowledge of OSHA standards related to warehouse operations.* Experience in materials handling within a warehouse or distribution center setting.* Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts.* Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
