This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's done the SE work, loved it, and is ready to multiply that impact across a team.
The Product:
They make AI-powered code review that actually works — a system that reads your pull requests, understands context, and gives feedback that helps engineers ship better code, faster. Think of it as the world's most thorough code reviewer, available on every PR, at every hour, for every team.
They're in the middle of a massive wave of adoption as engineering orgs realize AI belongs in the SDLC — not just in the IDE.
The Details:
You'll own the pre-sales technical motion end-to-end — hiring and coaching Field Engineers, stepping in on complex enterprise deals, and building the playbooks that scale how we demonstrate value to engineering teams evaluating AI-powered developer tools.
You won't just manage. You'll be in it.
What we're looking for:
✔ 6+ years in customer-facing technical roles, 2+ in SE/FE leadership
✔ Experience with enterprise SaaS or developer-focused products
✔ Strong fluency across cloud platforms, dev infrastructure, and modern tooling
✔ A track record of coaching teams through complex enterprise sales cycles
✔ Operational chops — you know how to scale teams without losing quality
✔ Genuine excitement about AI and the future of software development
Bonus if you bring: Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or AI-native developer platforms.
