Founding Engineer | AI x Healthcare | San Francisco

I'm working with an early-stage startup building technology that's helping improve access to therapy services for children across the U.S.

They're looking for a Founding Engineer to join a small, high-performing team in San Francisco, working across product and engineering to solve real operational problems using AI.

What they're looking for:

- 2+ years software engineering experience

- Experience building AI agents/products

- Strong full-stack fundamentals (TypeScript/React preferred)

- Startup mentality with a bias for speed and ownership

- Comfortable using AI coding tools in daily workflows

Bonus points for:

- Early-stage startup experience

- Healthcare or insurance exposure

Comp:

$160k–$210k + equity

This is an onsite role in San Francisco (5 days/week).
