Legal Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant | San Francisco | $110,000$145,000 + Benefits
A well-established professional services corporation is seeking a polished and highly organized Legal Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support two senior executives within the Legal Department. This role is ideal for someone with prior legal exposure (in-house or law firm) who enjoys a balance of executive support and legal administrative work. Paralegal or legal assistant experience is strongly welcomed.
What Youll Do
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the General Counsel and Senior Counsel
Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and confidential correspondence
Support board meetings, finance committee meetings, and membership meetings
Prepare, format, and maintain legal documents with precision and version control
Organize and maintain legal records, litigation files, and matter management systems
Assist with union and labor-related meeting coordination and documentation
Partner with accounting on invoices, expense tracking, and budget support
Ensure efficient document management and tracking across legal matters
Support day-to-day legal operations in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
What Were Looking For
5+ years of experience in a legal support, executive assistant, or paralegal/legal assistant role
Legal experience required (in-house or law firm)
Bachelors degree required
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable supporting multiple executives in a busy, deadline-driven environment
Professional, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Salary: $110,000$145,000
