If you've built autonomy stacks that run in production (not just simulation) this one's for you.

We're partnered with a well-funded, high-growth autonomy company working on some of the hardest real-world deployment problems in the industry. They need a senior engineer who can own complex autonomy software end-to-end and push it all the way to deployment.

What you'll work on:

• Developing and deploying autonomy software across planning, prediction, and/or perception pipelines
• Bridging simulation and real-world performance - SIL/HIL, edge case coverage, validation at scale
• Collaborating directly with hardware, systems, and ML teams to ship production-grade autonomous behavior

What they're looking for:

• 5+ years in autonomy software (planning, perception, prediction, or full-stack)
• Deep C++/Python, ROS/ROS2, real-world system deployment experience
• Track record of taking autonomy software from dev → test → production
• Background from AV, robotics, aerial, or defense autonomy
