Description:

Rippling is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement (IT) to support one of our most complex and high-impact product areas. This role sits within the Product Enablement organization and partners closely with the VP of Sales for IT to drive seller readiness, accelerate ramp time, and ensure successful product adoption across revenue teams. You'll act as a thought partner to senior sales leadership, develop deep expertise in Rippling's IT landscape and competitive positioning, and translate complex, technical products into clear, actionable training programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, operates at both strategic and executional levels, and isn't afraid to build from scratch. This role reports to the Manager of Product Enablement and works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Rev. Op. What you will do.
