This role combines hands‑on support with process improvement and automation.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chatAssist with orders, shipping, returns, and product questionsManage shipments using ShipStationTroubleshoot delivery issues and order errorsProcess refunds, replacements, and updatesAnswer reviewsIdentify repetitive customer questions and patternsHelp implement AI tools and automation to handle FAQs (order status, shipping, returns, etc.)Create and refine response templates and knowledge base contentTrain and improve AI responses to match brand voiceMonitor performance and suggest improvements to reduce support volumeRequirements1–3 years of eCommerce customer service experienceMust be proficient in ShipStationStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable handling both calls and high-volume email supportInterest or experience in AI tools, automation, or process improvement#J-18808-Ljbffr
