Mid-Level Trademark Associate

Our client is a top Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level trademark associate for its Atlanta, Los Angeles, and San Francisco offices. This role involves both trademark prosecution and litigation. The salary for this position is between $260k to $365k.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in both trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation/enforcement.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
• State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
• All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S.
