We are partnered with a high-growth AI company seeking a Senior Counsel to help scale the legal function alongside the business. This is a broad, high-impact role for a corporate attorney who wants meaningful exposure across the company and a path toward Deputy General Counsel.

What you'll do:

• Lead and support M&A, financing, and capital markets matters
• Partner cross-functionally on commercial, employment, IP, privacy, regulatory, litigation, and compliance issues
• Build practical legal processes for a fast-moving startup environment
• Advise executives and business teams on strategic legal risk

What we're looking for:

• 6+ years of corporate legal experience
• Strong background in M&A, financings, and/or capital markets
• Comfortable operating as a business-minded legal generalist
• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
