Skills and Expertise Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of technical experience related to Skype for Business / Microsoft Lync / OCS required
• Experience implementing unified communication such as LYNC 2013, LYNC 2010
• Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory design, implementation and administration are required
• Strong background in networking (Firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, network protocols, VPN…) is a plus
• Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Microsoft Lync for Business with Enterprise Voice deployments.
• Fundamental understanding of SIP, SIP Trunking, Active Directory and Windows Certificate Services.
• Proven design, planning and implementation experience with Windows 2003 and 2008 server technologies.
• Experience with VoIP deployment
• Experience with third party media gateways required; Audio codes or Sonus
• Experience with Exchange Unified Messaging (UM) a plus
• Experience working in a consulting environment is required
