Aquent is partnering with a globally recognized retail apparel organization known for delivering accessible, trend-right fashion to millions of customers worldwide. This opportunity sits within the women's concept team, where you'll help shape seasonal trend direction, brand storytelling, and strategic creative vision that influences future product collections. This is an exciting role for a fashion-forward concept leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, consumer insight, and large-scale brand impact.

What You'll Do:

• Research global fashion trends, retail markets, and consumer insights
• Develop strategic seasonal trend concepts for women's apparel
• Create compelling trend decks, mood boards, and storytelling presentations
• Partner with design, merchandising, and leadership teams
• Influence seasonal product direction across categories
• Present trend insights to stakeholders
• Translate fashion trends into customer-right commercial opportunities

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in women's apparel concept, design, or trend forecasting
• Strong fashion trend awareness
• Exceptional visual presentation skills
• Experience creating seasonal concept strategies
• Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
• Corporate or established brand experience
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Trend forward retail experience
• PLM / WebPDM knowledge
• Sustainability or circular design exposure
• Miro or collaborative strategy platforms
• Multi-category apparel experience

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $52/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
